Timeless, editorial wedding photography for couples who would rather feel their day than pose through it.

The approach

Unhurried, honest & quietly present

I photograph weddings the way they actually happen. The nervous laugh before the vows, your dad pretending he isn't crying, the dancefloor at eleven when the ties finally come off.

For most of the day I'm barely noticed. When it's time for portraits I'll guide you gently: twenty relaxed minutes somewhere beautiful, with no stiff posing and no one waiting on you.

I work alone, so the person you meet over coffee is the person beside you from the first button of the dress to the last song of the night.

When I'm not at weddings, I photograph actors and musicians for portraits, as well as live music and sport. It's taught me to work quickly and quietly, and never to miss the moment.
